First Rate Service - Best Bed Prices

I have purchased three mattress from Mattress Models and I was very impressed with their service and selection. I didn't expect to find anyone to be able to help me furnish a rental unit at a reasonable cost with reasonable quality but I was definately impressed. I got new mattresses delivered the same day for a fair price and i am going to have bed custom made for myself and my family. Thanks Jesse - look foward to seeing you again.

Easy to work with - Great Customer Service

I bought a latex mattress that would have cost thousands more than what I paid anywhere else and got it delivered the same day. The warehouse was clean and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful and knowledgable. I am furnishing rental houses and have been buying from Mattress Models for those and bought one for myself. Good People and Great Prices.

Mattress Models are dishonest

Mattress Models sold me a mattress and matching boxsprings. The owner, Jesse Maley, told me the mattress was worth 3,000$ new. I later saw it advertised new online for only 800$. The boxsprings were not new- they were recovered with fabric. They turned out to be mismatched old stained boxsprings of different height. There was also a body fluid stain on one. So if you bought from them, check your boxsprings. I exchanged these items. The next set of boxsprings had a stain on them that smelled. I asked for yet another set of springs and a different mattress. Jesse Maley told me the boxsprings would be new and that they would match the mattress. They were also recovered! The mattress I could not even allow in the house because it reeked of insecticide. (Know that Florida law requires all mattress resellers to douse their mattresses in toxic insecticide). Jesse Maley signed a legal document stating I would receive a full refund of 525.00 (75.00 of delivery charges would not be returned to me) by September 14th. I signed the document and waited. I have not received my refund and she has refused to send me a certified mail tracking number. She lied that she sent me the refund and did not. She lied and sold me filthy old mattresses and springs. These people are now under investigation by Consumer Protection and I would advise no one to shop there. She will no doubt write a counter review denying all of this. But I have the written proof that I am owed a refund and have not received it. She also lied and said Mattress Models was a member of the etter usiness ureau- I called them and they have never heard of them!

Great Bedroom Furnishings

I bought a mattress set from Michael and he was very knowledgable and very helpful. They had a great selection and I got a mattress box spring and frame for $350 delivered on the same day. They set everything up and didn't charge extra for delivering to the third floor.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY A MATTRESS

I SHOPPED EVERYWHERE TRING TO FIND A PILLOWTOP MATTRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER AND EVERYBODY WANTED WAY MORE THAN THEY DID HERE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND DELIVERED THE SAME DAY. mY SISTER BOUGHT A QUEEN MATTRESS FROM THEM THE NEXT DAY AND MY MOM AND DAD ARE GOING TO BUY A KING SIZE FROM THEM NEXT MONTH. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

BEWARE

I was told I was purchasing a New mattress and box spring set, however I received the set and was fooled as the box set had been recovered with new material. After calling the company about this, she apologized and said "her husband thought the box set was in GOOD condition"! After pulling back the recovering material, you could see brownish-yellow, stained material that smelled retched! Furthermore, the mattress was NOT new, but likely a floor model, as it had some staining. The sales lady was very attentive and apologetic (which was weird considering), but the outcome was they built me a new box set that was so cheaply put together I was afraid to use it, so I gave it away with my old mattress. This company is SCAMMING people! For those who have purchased from them, I suggest you check your box set, as I would have never noticed had my husband not noticed a tag in the wrong place.

Great Customer Service - Same Day Delivery

I am so pleased with the mattress set I got here -she was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make getting a new mattress that was right for me the same day. No gimmicks or pushy sales people - just top notch service and product! Delivery was on time and didn't cost a fortune! They had a lot of inventory to choose from and I know I got a better price than I ever imagined!
