Perfect Wedding photographs

Claire is the owner of Simple treasures and photographed our wedding on the beach. She captured the essence of our wedding...simple yet very romantic. She had never met us and even captured our playful spirit in the pictures because she took the time to listen to what we wanted.

We are so pleased with the pictures we had a very difficult time narrowing our selection to the top 65! If you are getting married on the beach, you must consider her for your photographer. She knows this area well and knows how to photograph it. She is truly a professional. I found her on the internet and did a phone interview since I live in VA. She delivered everything she promised and was a great find...you won't regret hiring her for your special event!

The perfect shot!

I hired Claire Copeland, owner of Simple Treasures Photography, to shoot our son's birth announcement photo and she did a remarkable job given the fact that Ronan was having a bit of an "off-day" that afternoon. In truth, he cried during most of the photo shoot and to make matters more challenging, we were racing against the clock to beat a late-afternoon thunderstorm. Claire is an award-winning photographer and shoots most of her work on location--the beaches and downtown settings are her favorites--using natural light. We decided on a beach setting-- just before sunset--so the lighting could not have been more perfect. The final shot turned out exactly as I had hoped - it remains one of my favorite pictures to this day. Bottom line: I would definitely use Simple Treasures again and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for quality professional results.
