It's worth the wait

I am truly sorry for the delay of product.  

Clients have had to wait long durations for their final production, but I have never "scammed" anyone.

This has been difficult year for me to say the least. There are many small business who are suffering the same as we are.  I have been self employed for 20 years and have never seen hardship like this.

I am not immune to the recession. 

I understand how frustrating this is for clients, but the recession has hit home.  I used to produce 2 albums a week, now I can only produce 1 album a month.  I no longer take bookings because I want to finalize production with my current clients before moving forward.

ALL of my clients will receive the final production they paid for. I will not rush or compromise the the quality and creativity they hired us for.

Clients WILL receive their product.

Feel I've Been Scammed

The samples were great and the day of our event was great, but afterwards has been a nightmare... Excuse after excuse... We're out almost $4,000 and still trying to get them to deliver our albums and video.. It's so sad... If they don't respond to my last email we're going to take legal action, notify BBB, and 8 On Your Side (tbo). We don't want our money back, we want our product but it's going on two years... DO NOT use them!

SCAM ALERT

Bob & Eva made off with about $4,000 and we never got a single photo or video of our wedding. It's been 1yr so far and counting.... Please alert Hillsborough county Consumer Protection about them.

Obvioulsy she is scaming a lot of people!!! How are we going to go about getting her shut down and getting our money back. She has changed her address and phone number and doesn't respond to emails.

They really do care, and it shows in the work

Thank you Hyde Park Photography & Video.  You went above & beyond your responsibility as photographers to see that everything went perfect on our wedding day.  You showed compassion & understanding during times of stress, & helped calm our nerves when things did not seem to be going as planned.  Simply put, you pampered us.  During photo shoot, you held my bouquet When my arms grew tired. You found water and a chair so I could rest while arranging Group photos.  You bustled  my dress on several occasions even though it was not your responsibility.  When I needed to speak to someone you would find them.  These are just a few examples of how kind, thoughtful, & motivated this photography team is.  They really do care, and it shows in their work.  If I only knew what other services came with their photography, I would have never hired a coordinator!  They ran the show without being bossy.  Their experience was visible the second They walked in the room.  They always had answers to the unexpected twists of a wedding day & knew when, & how things were going to happen.  Their attention to detail is what makes their service so special.  Oh, & Did I mention the photography was awesome, and the albums are beautiful!  Thank you for being at our wedding.

Very professional, warm personalities, great photo/video editing

Did a great job with 9 month maternity photo session. Outstanding job with lighting, styling, and posing - and managing our toddler bouncing around the room too! Made my husband and me very comfortable and the pictures were awesome!!!!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

My husband and I were thrilled with the quality and service of Hyde Park Photography and Videography. We were very impressed by the amount of work and planning the owners put into our wedding days. Yes, that is right, days. We had two days of ceremonies filled with both Sikh and Catholic traditions. The owners hired additional crew to capture both events. Not a single memory was missed. The owners made it a top priority to capture every single detail of the wedding. They were prompt, polite, and a joy to work with. Capturing the many details of our weddings was no easy task, but the wonderful people at Hyde Park Photography and Videography made it look so simple. The memories made that day will always be a treasure to me, and thanks to Hyde Park, I can share those treasures with others through my amazing wedding album (which I absolutely LOVE) and my captivating video (which I absolutely LOVE as well). Thank you, Hyde Park, for going above and beyond. Fortunately, I won't be having another wedding anytime soon (still recovering from the first two ceremonies) however, we had the pleasure of working with Hyde Park again as they performed photography and videography services for my sister's wedding. Like my husband and I, my sister and her husband were thrilled with their service, professionalism, and quality of work. Hyde Park Photography and Videography...simply the best!!!!

Could not be happier

My husband and I could not be more happy with the quality of work done by this team. The quality of work and professionalism we received before during and after our wedding was extraordinary. The pictures are so beautiful and our video is the best quality I have seen. We were made to feel comfortable with ever step of the process and found this couple very easy to communicate with. My Husband and I are truly satisfied with the quality of work and will defiantly be using this company in the future. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family for every special occasion to come.

Their work puts others to shame!

It's no joke! What these 2 artists created for us was nothing short of a storey book wedding! We hired this company to handle the video/photography portion of our destination wedding strictly by recommendations from others and by viewing their work on line. We were extremely satisfied by all aspects of the process, from start to finish, we were made to feel like we were their number one priority. We were not familiar with the Orlando area and they were helpful in so many ways (even with things unrelated to video/photography). What more can I say...You couldn't put the most important day of your lives in any better hands!!
