When I entered Vickie's center about 1 1/2 years ago, I could hardly walk and was on a cane to assist me. I was in extreme pain and considering giving up to a life in a wheel chair. Traditional medicine was not helping me to overcome my medical problems associated with the back and leg pain I was experiencing. By the end of the first session with Vickie, I walked- out not using the cane. I cannot say enough positive things about her therapy. It has given me my life back with all of the different techniques that she uses including essential oil therapy. I can now even walk- up and down stairs without holding onto a handrail! Additionally, Vickie is a very caring, respectful, and encouraging message therapist who understands the needs of her clients. I have experienced other massage therapists before I met Vickie and she far exceeds the other therapists. I highly recommend Vickie for your message needs whether it be for stress and/or pain relief.
Pros: Individual therapy according to your needs, will see you on an emergency basis. Very clean facility.
Cons: Need to book appointments at least two to three weeks in advance.

Vickie's passion for massage and deep tissue therapy is unsurpassed. Our family of 4 has benefited from her knowledge and expertise. I would skip the physical therapist and try Vickie first. She is absolutely amazing!
Pros: Good location, relaxing atmosphere, personal attention to your needs
Cons: We need 10 more Vickie's in Pinellas County

I fractured my elbow. After many months of orthopedic surgeon & physical therapy appointments, I still had pain and limited range of motion. After a few sessions with Vickie Anderson, I now am pain-free and am able to do everything with the arm that I broke as well as I can with my other arm. Vickie understands the trauma the muscles surrounding the broken bone suffer, and the muscle therapy she administers corrects the damage done to those muscles. Anyone suffering pain resuting from a fracture or muscle overuse will definitely benefit from treatments from Vickie Anderson..
Pros: Professional, caring treatment.
Cons: None that I could see.

over the past few years I have developed problems with my sciatica. My problems prevented me from doing things i enjoy and even the simplest of tasks. Vickie said she could fix that with 3 massages in 3 wks and i would notice a huge difference. She was right, I havent had any back pain in 15 months since i started getting massages. In addition, she gave me some exercises that i could do at home. I am a regular customer of Vickie's and a monthly massage has become a part of my lifestyle. My favorite massage is with hot stones, it relieves my muscle pain and leaves me feeling relaxed and stress-free. I highly recommend getting a massage, whether you have sciatic pain or not. It is not only an instant way to feel great, it is also a way to keep your body healthy and happy.
Pros: feeling so much better walking out than i did walking in.

I have to share with you a major benefit of loosening and stretching my muscles through Vickie’s Rossiter work. I am now able to lift my foot to put my pants on. I do not have to slide my pants on the floor and barely lift my foot. I am a happy camper. Can't wait to see what more we can do. Marbeth Bingman
