WOW....what a find. Nestled in the suburbs of Brandon is a wonderful full service salon. I was impressed from my first phone call of inquiry, to the receptionist that called to confim my appointment. Michelle is a true professional. I am very picky and upon first meeting her felt comfortable with letting her chose my colors for the mani and pedi. She was able to see my personality in a very short time. The ambiance and professionalism are second to none. I am hooked on threading and still amazed at how soft it left my skin. If you are looking for a quick eyebrow wax (I recommend threading), a french pedicure or a relaxing massage "The Comfort Zone" is the place for you!
Pros: the people, the product, the service
Cons: the parking

I enjoyed the professional treatment. They made me feel like a queen for a day. The atmosphere was calming & relaxing, I really enjoyed myself. The pedicure with Angella was a great and Queenie the stylist is the best. Thanks TCZ

I have always been very picky about having my eye brows done since I have a scar over my right eye and my eye brows have to be sculpted just right to hide the scare... however, I moved to brandon and I wasn't able to find a place that could do them the way i like them done until I found the comfort zone. I was just driving by one day and I saw the sign out front and decided to try it out. They don't wax eye brows, they thread them which is easier on your skin and allows them to take more time sculpting them. Plus, t is very relaxing because they use cool stones over your skin to calm the redness of your skin. Please check it out and see what I mean!
Pros: quite calm atmosphere and a great place to relax and unwind
Cons: not enough money to support my addiction to this spa

I have been a pink and white wearer for 7 years and then I had a baby and didn't have the time to keep my nail appointment! I went to three different spa's before this one to have my natural nails "fixed" so I could attempt to grow them out longer, however these spa's where very unsuccessful at helping me do so. With in a week of going to the spa's my nails would chip and break and then I would be back to square one. Luckily I found the Comfort Zone spa through a friend. I have been there twice and my nails haven't chipped or broke since. Also, they are stronger than ever before. If you are like me and have weak nails but do not have the time to continuously have them filled, I suggest you go to the Comfort Zone!!
Pros: Very nice staff and pleasant atmosphere, doesn't smell like nail spa
Cons: I wish I could go every week

This is my first time ever writing a review, but I had such a wonderful experience i just had to write! When you treat yourself to an experience at The Comfort Zone Spa, you are really treating your self to a mini vacation. First, when you walk in you are greeted by an alluring fragrance of warm cinnamon and massage oil. You feel like you have stepped out of the bright, busy world into an exotic domain. The receptionist welcomed me with a friendly smile and explained to me that the person doing my pedicure was finishing up with another guest and would be with me shortly. Then she offered me a glass of wine, which I accepted happily and I sat down in one of the comfortable bamboo chairs and waited about five minutes before my nail specialist greeted me and took me back to the pedicure room. She sat me down in one of the soft leather massage chairs accompanied with a pedicure bowl filled with warm water and a mint foot soak. My pedicure lasted about an hour because of the type I chose. During the pedicure, the specialist massaged my legs and feet while the massage chair worked on my upper body. I am a stay at home mom and the hour and half I spent at this spa was enough to keep me sane until my next appointment!

I have been to plenty of spas in this area and had great services, but the Comfort Zone is the only one with world class service and the quality services to match! I had to plan a last-minute bachelorette party for a bride-to-be that was not a party girl at all so we decided to do a spa day! I only had about a two-week notice to get everything together and I was in a panic! Shakira (the Spa Director) and Michelle (the Spa Owner) were excited about our ideas and started working with me right away to figure out how the spa could accomodate us on such short notice! There was a party of nine girls - so it was definitely a challenge! The Comfort Zone opened early for us and they had everything set up when we arrived! We had our own private lounge area that was decorated with a bachelorette theme. We were served mimosas right away and there were croissants and breakfast items as well. Someone from the staff checked in on us just about every 15-20 minutes to see if they could bring us anything else! About an hour after we arrived we were served fresh fruit parfaits that were made by the staff - and they were an awesome morning treat! We had planned pedicures and manicures for all of the bridesmaids but some of the girls had to make changes to the services and the staff accommodated us without a second thought! Our services ended up running over the time that we had anticipated but the staff continued to be attentive to our every need. They ended up even bringing in lunch for all of the girls because we had been there for so long! We were never rushed to leave and they were excellent about helping us split up the payments for the bride over several different bridesmaids! The ambiance was beautiful, the staff was so attentive and they anticipated our every need. I would recommend this spa to anyone that is looking for a great place to relax and feel welcome!
Pros: Ambiance, Amazing Staff
Cons: None!
