Barbara is the best! She is a phenomenal hair colorist! I not only got the best hair color but also the most natural looking hair color! I also left with an education about color and hair care products! I have been loving the products and getting great results! Missy was also great! My haircut was awesome and the blowout was superb! Missy also educated me on how to blowout & curl my hair properly so it would last! No shortcuts were taken here, just pure perfection!

Best Salon in Bay Area

Jai, the salons skin care specialist, uses Bioelement products. Jai is also a senior representative of the company who takes the time to answer your questions and explain the products. My skin was truly a mess from over the years of using different products.Starting with my first facial, he would work his expertise appling lotions to enhance my skin and relax me at the same time. Since purchasing my first product, the comliments just keep coming about how young I look for being in my 50's. Jai will customize the products with vitamins and nutrients for my personal needs. Needless to say my skin is healthier, looks and feels better.

Best kept Secret!

Finding Barbara Forgione Salon was an answered prayer! After having enough of being herded through a large salon, I so appreciate the personal attention that I receive at Barbara Forgione Salon. Barbara is a premiere colorists and I have always been more than satisfied with her work. Peggy gives an amazing blow out and style! Everyone is friendly and professional. I hate to get the word out too much because the small and sweet atmosphere is one of the pluses!

Barbara is FANTASTIC!

My first visit to Barbara was for Yuko, it was a great experience, and she is very well educated! I was getting my cut and color done somewhere else that was very pricey, and not happy with the results. I started looking for a new salon and immediately thought about Barbara. I got an appointment, and she fixed me up - not to mention for half the price I was paying! The team at Barbara Forgione is fun and I look forward to each appointment I have!

AWESOME!!

I found Barbara and Cassandra out of shear desperation and I am SOOO GLAD. I am 42 and finally have hair I LOVE and get compliments about! Since I can remember I have had hair that was frizzy (poofy as my daughter called it) and unmanageable. It was not hair that you would or could run your fingers through. I started going gray at 25 and hated it. I have tried several different coloring options including doing it myself (not a good idea by the way), but I have always had a tendency to turn orange. I showed up on the steps of the Salon one day in tears and ready for Halloween with my usual orange tint. It has taken a few visits, a shampoo and conditioner change and the addition of a filter to my shower head, but I now have soft silky hair with an easy style and NO ORANGE. The salon is priced higher than what I was used to paying but it is worth EVERY penny... I LOVE YOU GUYS!! And Jai you ROCK! Tracy

Vicky is amazing!

I have been getting my hair done in NYC even after I moved back to FL 4 years ago...I am obviously a loyal and picky client, but I decided that I needed to find a permanent salon here in town...and as fate would have it I found Vicky at the Barbara Forgione Salon. I have gone to her twice already (in the 4 months I have been here), she convinced me to make a big cut (5 inches) to achieve the new Gwyneth Bob and I was extremely happy with the results. The second time I saw her she did my color and it was amazing, she mixed golden and blond highlights in my auburn hair and made it look natural without being boring. Besides being a talented hair artist she is also an amazing person to talk to and makes you feel at ease as soon as you sit down in her chair. The salon is small and charming, and it definitely one of the best kept secrets in Tampa...I am surprised there is not a waiting list out the door for this place. I definitely recommend this salon and Vicky.

AMAZING!

i had EXTREMELY curly hair and went to the barbara forgione salon to get it permanently straightened. vicky did an amazing job. i love the yuko, the cut and the color. everyone i've ever seen walking out of the shop looks amazing and that alone speaks volumes. highly recommended!

Hot Hair!!

I usually stay close to home for hair styling but I had a friend tell me about Barbara. I decided to take the drive to South Tampa. I walked in the door and was pleasantly greeted by Barbara and her wonderful staff in her beautiful shop. I wasn't sure what I wanted done but I knew I needed something. I sat down in the chair and gave myself over to her fully. I just asked that she not cut it too short. I came away with a beautiful shade of red with highlights and an awsome updated layered cut. I now have beautiful hair and an amazing cut. I will definately make the drive from now on!! What a relaxing salon experience I am glad I relinquished control to Barbara and her staff.

Best Salon experience ever

I don't really like to spend alot of money on my hair, but I heard about Barbara's salon and thought I'd give it a try. I gave control over to Barbara and came away with an amazing cut and beautiful color and highlights. I will DEFINATELY be a returning client and will reccomend to friends.
