Avoid!.
Liam Marcus' Voice -Ok, the office impressed me. The ambiance impressed me. The abundance in contraception advertisement impressed me. The attitude of the staff impressed me. Now let's make the
distinction between negative and positive, shall we? Impressions do matter in a lot of circumstances, and this was definitely one of them. Let's talk about the negative so you can easily pick the positive. Negatively impressed with the abundance of contraception advertisement. This office MUST get paid for all of it or my name is not Liam Marcus. At least three methods of contraception were in display in the examining room, a dozen in the literature in the waiting room, and advertisements EVERYWHERE. Advertisements for Botox, baby formula, acne treatments, plastic surgery - you name it! The tour 'de France moment, the staff alienating me from participating in one of my wife's most wonderful, most spiritually powerful, and happy journeys - procreation. If you want more information as to which office I am talking about so you may visit it or avoid it like the plague, contact us!
Megan Ryan's Voice - I wish I was one of those people with a razor sharp tongue and quick wit. If I was, this is what I would have said when the medical assistant expelled Marcus from the little room where they take your blood pressure. A little nook that's open on both ends with no doors. She tells him to go sit around the corner for "patient privacy'. What patient privacy?! He's my husband! There were no other patients in sight, so no issues there. After we mildly protest she treats him like we do our toddler and says, "Sir you can sit around the corner or sit back in the waiting room." At this point I should have jumped all over her like a monkey on a cupcake and said, "Are you treating my husband like a child?! I don't thinkso! If he goes, I go. Either he comes in, or you can take my blood pressure on the bench around the corner!" Alas...no. I didn't say it, I just fumed silently for the duration of the visit and the words came to me later. Much later. Maybe she was some kind of femi-nazi (feminist) who thinks husbands should be sidelined. But I can guarantee you we won't be going back there again! Why mess around with perfection?! We're going back to the nurse midwife who delivered Toddler 3.5! That practice didn't treat us like a commodity, they treated us like people...like friends, even! That's the way medicine should be.…
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
First off, at least a 30 minute phone wait every time I call... Then about 45-1 hour to be seen and when they finally do see you they don't have a clue who you are and it is very cold.
I was told to go to the hospital because of something minor and I let them know it was not possible until later that day because of my small children who depended on me to pick them up from school since my husband was out of town. THEY DISCHARGED ME as their patient. How uncaring. How dare they make me sacrafice my children's well being and not give me the ability to go to the hospital later that day. They sent me a terrible letter and were very rude to me. This after I had 2 children with them and spent thousands of dollars there. UGGG Have more to say but this system won't let me.
My new doctor never did understand why they wanted me to go to the hospital. The sonogram that their tech did was WRONG and showed something that was not there.
I then spoke to many other moms which I HAD SENT TO SEE THEM and they told me they had the same type problems. Another mom was told they would discharge her if she didn't get an URGENT ULTRASOUND at a high risk facility because they saw an abnormal issue with the baby... THE tech at the womans group was wrong AGAIN and scared my friend to death and they wanted to discharge her because she had to wait until her next day off to get it done or she would have lost her job....... HOW UNCARING. DONT Go there. Sorry for the typos.... in a hurry.…
