Horrible Service after they receive your money

This store has you fooled. When I was making the purchase the salesperson Gail was so helpful and friendly. Throwing things in, recommending things and so on. Once i paid for the items things changed. First they brought out my mattresses and anyone could see that the boxsprings were two different sizes. well they tried a second time but did not bring all my things out. there have been several other attempts and i still have not gotten all my things and they havee not been helpful and my sofa had a tear in it when they brought it out. i do not recommend them to anyone

Great Place to Purchase Furniture

I went in to purchase my son a bed and did not have alot of money, just went thru a divorce. The sales people are great they all work together. They gave me a loaner Mattress & Foundation to use till the mattress I purchased came in. I will send all of my friends to purchased from this company. It is a great place to purchase.

Worst place to buy furniture in tampa

My fiance and I ordered a 3 piece living room set: a couch, loveseat and chair. Our furniture did not show up on the original delivery date of 2/28 because we were told that the material on one of the pieces was faded and the other two had what looked like burn marks. They then promised delivery on 3/5. We called them on 3/4 to verify that all would be delivered and were told that none of the pieces were available and that we would get them in 2 weeks because the material needed to be ordered! Does that mean we are going to receive the burnt furniture after they hide the damage!?! We are very upset and I highly doubt we will get any of the furniture for quite some time! They truly do have the worst customer service and many, many excuses not to deliver furniture you already paid for!! In the meantime, we just moved into our apartment and have no living room furniture because of them.

Buyers BEWARE!

Be Wary people. My wife and I spent 4910.00 this past February 13th, 2009 and worked with a sales rep named "Domingo". This man is nice and seemingly fair and he probably is, but I want any prospective buyer to beware that we have gotten 2 "guarantees" of when the furniture was going to be delivered and have so far received 2 of the 16 pieces that we ordered and paid for thus far. Furthermore upon trying 29 times over the last 4 days to contact "Domingo" or any available management in an attempt to ascertain the status of our furniture we have gotten hung up on 12 times, 6 times we got the run around by another employee whom stated that "the mangement (or Domingo) was with a customer". I have involved law enforcement at this point and am awaiting the outcome of that. Please call me if you want to discuss this review even further as I have my receipt for 4910.71 as well as the documentation of what was delivered (more so what was NOT delivered). Thieves, crooks, liars...AGGRAVATION, HEADACHES, PROMISES NOT KEPT

This is the worst experience that I have had with any company. I only ordered MATTRESSES why is that so difficult. I ordered on 09/28/08 and told them that I would pick up on 10/4/08. When I called to pick up "the truck" had not arrived and I would have to wait for a couple of hours. After several hours into the evening "the truck" hadn't arrived and they would comp me a free deliver on 10/7/08 so I accepted. On 10/7/08 the truck arrives and there is only my son's mattress and a substitute mattress that they felt would better suit me because the other had not arrived on "the truck". Now mind you I had spoken to the "admin office"/warehouse and everything was in order and nobody mentioned that my mattress was not here. I called while the delivery guy was there who was by himself and had damaged someone else's table trying to fix that broken leg (I bet they delivered it as is too). Anyways the lady that picked up the phone and had spoken to me on several other occasions tried to pretend she didn't know who I was. I then got "JOE" who told me that after I padi my money that I agreed that 10/4 was my pickup and he gave mattresses to other customers that paid and picked up on same day(WHAT THE HELL!!!!) after telling him that I was getting the police involved with this theft of my money he stated that he would get with me on 10/8 about refund or other mattress--as before I told him I want MY MATTRESS OR MY MONEY...HE THEN SAID THAT THE BOOKEEPER WAS GONE FOR THE DAY AT 6PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 8PM---I will be taking this further to the media and Better Business Bereau.....I am now in the process of getting my money back ...PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT ...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY....EVERYONE A MANAGER BUT NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE OR ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. BEWAAAAAARRRREEEEE OF THESE FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took care of us

I put a futon on layaway back in October 2007 and paid it in full at the end of March 2008. The store contacted me to tell me the futon would be available for pick-up in 2 weeks. We went to the store, picked up the futon and returned home. Upon opening the package we realized it was the wrong futon. I contacted the store and was told to bring the futon back and pick out another one which we did. The futon we ordered was no longer available so we picked out a different one. There was a price difference of $50 between the new and original futon. They waived the price increase to compensate me for the extra trips I made to the store. I wasn't happy to have to make the extra trips but in the end we were happy with the futon we ended up with.

National Half Price Furniture Busch Blvd.

BEWARE........TOTAL LIARS and Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered funiture 2 weeks ago (3-15-08) was never called about it not being on todays(3-28-08) truck as promised...... everyone tells you they will call you back and no one ever does I regret not checking this website first, now I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. I am contacting my credit card company right now to get the charge taken off, hopefull. Thank God we did not pay cash like we were going to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE !!!!!!! Robin and Dolly are who we dealt with if, those are their real names?

Avoid this store at all costs!

I too like the other individual ordered two beds from this store only to find out that they were not in stock and I was told that my order would be in and delivered on 3/7/2008 I have not received my furniture and the staff are all liars and uneducated! Gail who thinks she is the "manager" does not even know what her warehouse is doing and thinks that the Corp has no direct owner! It is owned by a piece of paper so if you do use this company and have a problem, in her mind if you ask to speak with the owner there is no direct owner. I too am considering contacting the local media and then a lawyer....I feel the public needs to be made aware of this stores continued disservice of lying and cheating the public. I am also going to notify the manufacture of the furniture I ordered to let them know of the breach of service.

Cheap prices great service and Excellent delivery

My boyfriend and I rented a house and could not decided which furniture to take. After several days we decided to purchase new furniture. We had a budget that we had to stay in. So we went to several different furniture stores to compare prices and could find one that would fit our budget. We received the flyer in the mail and saw a add for National 1/2 Price Mattresses. We decided to go and check the furniture out. We were greeted as soon as we walk in the door. The sales personal is excellent. We were taken to the counter to process our purchase and was treated like we were the only people in the store. We received excellent service at the counter and was explain the whole delivery process. On the day of delivery we were called at 11am to verify the delivery. The delivery was received on the date promised and the service was excellent. I have told all my family and friends what a great place to purchase furniture. You will receive excellent service . Thank You

Sales Associates are great, office staff expalin the all the details in full. I purchase $9000.00 worth of furniture and had it delivered and setup. The delivery drivers were great. I would say the service is great.
