Awful service. I am a new mom and this was my first time at the Brandon office. The woman who took my sonogram was extremely ignorant and rude. I asked her a prengancy question and she chewed my head office replying, "I am a NOT doctor! I don't know what to tell you... I just do the ultrasounds." She could have said it in a more respectful tone, opposed to talking down to me like I was dirt. Then I meet the doctor, she wasn't friendly at all. She didn't even shake my hand. She seemed more concerned with getting my out of the office and not concerned with my problem after I asked her several questions about it. The problem was common I guess, but she just was so cold and uncaring with her answer. The woman didn't even smile. OB/GYN Associates has been a horrible experience, thus far. And if my next visit is as bad as my first I am definately switching to a different women's care health center. Thank you.I am a new mom and this was my first time at the Brandon office.
