VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL - the licensed practitioner agreed to withdraw from practice. Licensee may not practice in Florida while the licensee is under a voluntary withdrawal agreement with the department. Check the Florida Department of Health website for updated License Verification information. www.doh.state.fl.us

I have been seeing her for over a year and I would recommend her to anyone with the highest raves! My depression was horrible to where I would not even get out of bed. I don't want to sound corny but I see light and hope in my future.
Pros: Professional! Caring
Cons: Long drive for me
