Dear Good Friend, Don't move in here. It's cheap and that should say it all. Dirty, noisy, mean people. Clubhouse employees who proved no help. Kids lurking around on weekends from the movie theater. Vandalism-TWICE-on my property. Oh that's in the disclaimer so you can't get them on that. Garages that leak and crawling with large "a type of creepy crawler this site won't let me use". Nasy "Blind masquitoes" that come out for the MONTHS of May, June and finally start to die off in July. They send out notices in bold and underline writing. Like I'm 5 and can't see well. They enter after only knocking once. Twice I was in my robe. Lots and lots of pets. I mean, isn't there a max amount you can have?? One of my neighbors has 3 dogs!! 3!! WTF! Imagine how trashed that apartment is. And they just febreze it. This place is trash.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: READ THE REVIEW-gross, kid-unfriendly, pool only clean during hight of move in season, noisy, nasty neighbors and front desk people
