TERRIBLE - YES CLASS ACTION SUIT!!!

Superior Asset Management has been contacting me a debt regarding an account with T-Mobile. I cannot get any documentation of this debt from either T-Mobile or this supposed collection place!! I have written them letter after letter and tried to speak to these morons on the phone but they are all too dumb to get that I won't pay what I don't know what I'm paying for! I am filing with the Attorney General (or trying to) regarding this company and will also be trying to contact other agencies. I will definitely be going to that website to try and file a class action suit. They also tell me that my address is made up - here in my twon we have coordinates like W42 S4658 (for example) and because the idiots on the phone have never seen this before this must be a fake address. WOW!! They have also insulted my mother and never ever let you get two words in for what you need! I'm sorry that everyone else on this page is having the same crapload of problems that I am but I'm glad to have found this. They wanted me to take a deal today, but after seeing another post where the "deal" wasn't held up to I doubt I will be taking that route. I am filing with everyone possible and will be writing to the credit bureaus to clear my name of this debt. GOOD LUCK!!! maybe we should start a facebook group - hahahaha

These people are annoying!

Is there anything a person can do to a company like this? I have told them over 20 times they have the wrong number when they call my home. They don't give up and I'm very tired of this. I have started playing their games and calling and hanging up on them about 20 times per day. I'm so fed up.

AGREE WITH CLASS ACTION SUIT

I am writing because you are reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. I had an old account with T mobile for about $1,000. A settlement of $600 was accepted in June 2008. The check was made directly to the collection agency and mailed via the Augusta VA Credit Union in June 2008. I have copies of the check and UPS delivery confirmation.

The remaining $400 is probably what you are trying to recover but I do not owe this debt. Again, we agreed that the debt was settled back in June 2008. This amount should have never gone to collections and should have never been reported as a bad debt to the credit bureaus. I am asking that you remove this entry completely and you mail me a letter confirming that the problem has been resolved.

BEWARE THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!

OMG!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF THESE PEOPLE HAVE LIED. THEY PUT A COLLECTION ON MY ACCOUNT!! I HAVE NEVER EVEN HAD SERVICE WITH T-MOBILE OR ANY OF THEIR SUBSIDIARIES!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR WEEKS AND I KEEP GETTING A NUMBER THAT IS HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. I CAN'T EVEN GET AN ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE BOGUS ACCOUNT. HERE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF BUYING A HOUSE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS SHOWS UP!!! I EITHER HAVE TO PUT OFF BUYING MY HOUSE OR PAY THE DAMN MONEY!!! IF THERE IS ANY CLASS ACTIONS SUITS AGAINST THESE PEOPLE I WANT IN!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHO TO CONTACT. I HAVE FILED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH THE AG'S OFFICE. STILL I HAVE THIS ON MY CREDIT UGGGHHHHH

Class action any one? Although it may be very difficult to have a suit file against this company, it never hurts to try. Having some kind of record like this on file with consumer affairs will at least serve as a legitimate complaint under review by attorneys who may be willing to take a case on. very rude and sounds like a scam

so this morning i got woke up by a call at 7:56 am my time, which is the west coast, and then started getting yelled at by a woman that i could hardly understand due to her horrible accent, about a debt that i had taken care of two years ago. she said that they had sent out 2 letters over the past few months, i have got neither of them and when i asked her to send out another so i could actualy have some kind of info about it, she just raised her voice and said "why would we send a bill, we're a debt collector, we send letters"... that alone sounded weird. so i asked " could you send a letter then?" she said "why should we incovience our selves by sending another letter?" they were very very rude, and never really showed me that they are legit.

Credit report fraud

This company placed a bill on my credit report when the bill was actually being taken care of by another company. They started calling my job harassing me and when I explained to them that I had paid this same bill through another company the lady was very rude. It is still on my credit report under superior management even though the bill has been paid off through another company. What are we to do about this company?

I have been receiving a lot of phone calls from this company saying it was an attempt to collect a debt along with all the other non-sense. I decided to speak with someone to see what exactly this was pertaining too, I was on hold for about 10 minutes when I was hung up on. I called the toll free number that appeared on my caller I.D. and got the company again, however the message I received was that the offices were closed as it was passed business hours. I left a message that if they were going to call me, keep me on hold, and then hang up on me, the least they could do is call during business hours. I think it's a SCAM! They should be CLOSED DOWN.

ALSO. The phone number listed here... 727-524-6990 is disconnected or no longer in service..... that says a LOT about this company.

RUDE COLL! MANGRS THE WORST!

I CALLED IN ON 06/12 ABOT 4:30PM.. I CLEARLY STATED TO THE COLL.THAT I WANTED TO PAY MY BILL OVER THE PHONE, WITH A SIF LETTER I HAD RECEIVED. COLLECTOR VERIFIED MY NAME BUT NEVER DISCLOSED THE MINI MIRANDA, WHICH IS BRAKING FDCPA LAW..COLL SD LETTER WAS EXPIRED AND GAVE ME A BIGGER AMOUNT TO PAY. I ASKED COLLECTOR TO SEE IF HE CAN GET APPROVAL TO TAKE SIF ON LETTER . COLLECTOR RUDELY SD HE CANT DO NOTHING TO HELP ME AND REFSD TO WORK WIITH ME ON RESOLVING THE DEBT, SD HE WILL NOT ARGUE WITH ME AND HUNG UP ON ME!..2ND INBOUND CALL FROM ME, ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, COLLECTOR REFUSED SD HE CAN HELP ME OUT, ADVSD I WAS HUNG UP ON BY THE PREVIOUS COLLECTOR ..MR. MILLER ID AS FLOOR MANAGER CAME TO THE PHONE, HE AS WELL DID NOT DISCLOSE MINI MIRANDA, WHICH IS BRAKING FDCPA, WAS VERY RUDE, SD THE LETTER EXPIRED AND HE WILL NOT APPROVE SIF, ADVSD HIM IM JUST TRYNG TO PAY THIS TODAY WITH THE OFFER ON PAPER,MANAGER NEVER TRIED TO ASK WHAT THIS MANAGER CALL WAS IN REFERENCE TO AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY, DID NOT LET ME GET A WORD IN SD HE WILL NOT ARGUE AND HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL, DID NOT HANDLE THE CALL AS A MANAGER CALL..AS A MANAGER YOUR JOB IS TO HANDLE TO CALL TO PREVENT A COMPLAINT, BUT MANAGER DID WORST THAN THE COLLECTOR...3RD CALL, I CALLED IN AGAIN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A GENERAL MANAGER, MR NASH CAME TO THE PHONE ID AS GENERAL MANAGER , I ASKED MR NASH IF THE CALL IS BEING RECORDED AND MONITORED SD MAYBE THEN HE SAID HE IS NOT A GENERAL MANAGER HE IS ONLY A FLOOR MANAGER,WHICH IS FALSLY IDENTIFYNG HIMSELF. COMPLAINT TO MR NASH ABOUT COLL. AND MANAGER MR MILLER THAT BOTH HUNG UP ON ME WHEN IM JUTS TRYNG TO PAY THE ACCNT TODAY BY PHONE, MR NASH THEN PROCEEDED TO APPROVE THE SIF ON THE LETTER I HAD RECEIVED AND TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO CLOSE ACCNT, I HAVE BEEN DOING 3RD PARTY COLLECTIONS FOR 6 YEARS AND OUR JOB AS COLLECTORS IS TO HELP RESOLVE CONSUMERS DEBTS AND CLOSE DEALS FOR OUR CLIENTS LEGALLY, MORAL AND ETHICALLY, THIS AGENCY HAS NO STRATEGY
