Sharper Image Pools has done a fabulous job for me for almost a decade . The staff is friendly and very experienced. The pool service is consistanly good and I recently hired them to do a remodel on the pool. The remodel went so well I referred them to my sister for a paver deck and heater, she was very satisfied with the work. The prices were consistant with other pools services and I feel they tried to save me money on aseveral repairs that I have requested throughout the years. Thank you

We were good customers of Sharper Image for a number of years. They were expensive and often quite reliable (showing up two or three days after the scheduled weekly visit), but they were okay. And it was easier not to switch service. They've gone from fair/okay to terrible. They stopped showing up, and wouldn't return our phone calls. Meanwhile, our pool got green and in bad condition. When I finally reached them, they said they were getting rid of some pools -- willingly letting customers go. Even worse, they wouldn't agree to do the right thing, in terms of a final visit. Some of the individual workers are good guys, but I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone needing a pool service. They quoted me a monthly price, and did the sneakything of charging extra for months with extra weeks. They should have been straight about this up front.
