Fantastic Service. New to the area, however, after visiting Nail Concepts, felt like I had lived here much longer. Everyone was friendly and after a couple of visits called me by my name!. Mimi has helped bring my fingernails from non-at-alll to having nails that look wonderful! Have recommended this place to several friends and they all agree with me...best nail salon in town!…

I am on about my 9th year of coming here pretty consistently since I moved nearby. I would probably go every 2 weeks like clock work if I had the cash but the prices are reasonable/compareable. In
the past I have referred my family and friends to Nail Concepts.
Nail Concepts used to be right next to the Publix. They moved down to in between Babies-R-Us and Comp USA in the same shopping center. My only problem would be getting in and out of the shopping plaza but that's not Nail Concepts fault.
They have been doing the gel nails for about a year now and they do a great job with them. I used be just a "pedicure and eyebrow wax customer" and now I get the gel nails too!!!!…
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Prior to going to this place for the first time today, I had never had such awful treatment from anywhere in my life. The male (presumably owner) who directs the women is very rude and RACIST. BEWARE if you are a black female, do not go here! First issue: my mom accidently went to the his horrible place instead of "superior nails" for her mother's day present from me of getting a pedicure and refill. While waiting for her at Sup Nails, naturally I called Nail Concepts to ask if there is a customer there by her name. He quickly said "no, no one here by that name" without even bothering to ask or check. Then I said, "You dont have customers? Could you pls check...." He place me on a very brief hold only to say no again. So I drove over there and low and behold my mom was sitting right in the back getting her overpriced deluxe pedicure ($40). My mom would have cursed him out if she knew the hell he put me through thus far so I kept quiet to keep the peace and avoid this place ruining our time together. Second issue: While my mom was getting her pedi, I waited patiently for 20 minutes for his cruel service of starting my full set in which he shoved and squeezed my fingers very rudely during the whole time. I noticed other walk in customers also waited at least 15 minutes for service as they were understaffed. Finally, when he was done, I asked for him to file my names which he failed to do originally. Third issue: He gave a very nasty look and proceeded to roughly file my nails with a distasteful look and grunt on his face. They also spoke in Chinese to each in our presence instead of English. Finally, I happened to mention to my mom how rude he was and she realized it too. She confronted him and as we paid (way to much) and proceeded to leave, he yelled "don't come back" and he went out side to smoke his cigarette. What a loser. Little did he know, I had no intentions of coming back and I'll share with facebook, twitter, google, trip advisor and everyone of my awful experience there.…
