I have never purchased wholesale meats prior to ordering from this company. I was first introduced to them 2 years ago. The quality and price of their steak and chicken is astronomical. You can’t get better quality from the super market, many meat markets or most restaurants. If you are local, consider ordering from Lynn directly. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to meat and she is happy to share the information with you. In this day in age, we all need to be conscience of what we consume. These folks will give you piece of mind when it comes to quality. Enjoy!!!

Wow, This company has it all together from the owner right down to the delivery guys. I had one of there salepeople call on me, at first I was not interested. I have a supplier of beef products I have used for years. I have been approched on a weekly basis at my resturant. The Bonanza guy was not going to give up, told me he guaranteed me that there steaks where the best. He gave me a Prime NY Strip aged 28 days, thats right gave it to me like a calling card. He said I just want you to try it and if you like it just give me a call. I replied I would do that, hell he gave me a steak that was the least I could do, is try it. Well it looked beautiful, nice color, and great marbleing. So that night I had my chef cook it up for me, I ate only 1/4 of it before I got on the phone with Bonanza's sales guy, asked him how much would 100lbs of that same cut would cost me, gave me a price, I took delivery the next day, and its the best steak I have eaten, and all my customers are in love with it. You cannot go wrong wit hthese guys and there products. The are the absolute BEST.
