No Complaints Here. OMG. Lexington Oaks, get over yourselves. Waste Aid comes that early in my neighborhood too but it's no big deal. Would you rather they were out at 8 am when the school kids were walking to school? If there's going to be a big truck going up and down the streets of the same roads that my elementary kids are walking to school on, I'd rather it was at 5 am than at 8 am. Good grief, these guys carry our garbage away for us. I'm glad for their service. And BTW, PeterNoon, it's law "suit" not law "suite". Litigation, seriously???? Get over it!…

Not only do they come into our community around 3:00am - 5:00am with their very noisy trucks and wake up the neighborhood. Their trucks also leak fluids all over our streets. I really hope someone does something about these guys.Perhaps they need to buy more trucks. My question is do they come into other communities this early in the morning?…
do not recycle!. They do not recycle, we waste our time sorting recyclables in blue bags and they throw it in with the regular trash. I had some scrap metal and they did not pick it up(it was boxed) . I called them and they said that the land fill was tightening up on what they take and i asked if everthing they pick up goes to the land fill? and she said yes. so Im done wasting time sorting.…
They come in the middle of the night where I live!.
This company does an adequate job collecting our trash, but they come in the middle of the night (btw. 2:30 and 5:00am) , and wake our entire family with loud trucks and slamming cans.
Not the trash guy's fault, however, they obviously need more trucks and more personnel. Obviously the owner of this company stinks.
