We used this funeral home after the loss of my beloved mother, and they were kind, caring, and very attentive to our family's needs. They offered a wide variety of options, and they quickly picked up on nuances of our family "style" to suggest things that ultimately made mom's memorial truly a "life celebration" as we hoped. No one wants to have to use services like these, yet everyone needs to at some point, and it is nice to know that there are concerned and caring professionals available to help grieving families, and not take advantage of them, during difficult times.
Pros: professional, caring, friendly staff, willing to listen to the family's needs
Cons: Chapel is pretty small.
