new managers are extorting us. Lets band together.

Update on Park. I found out today, that the new managers are "charging" special fees. Apparetnly,they

are keeping some for themselves. They just purchased a 40000.00 new truck. I looked this guy up.

He used to be incarcerated in conneticut charged with heroin possesion.

These people are never in the office, wont give out a phone number and I am selling. They are making this

place a junk hole. Everything is going downhill quick. They wont evict anyone-Just collect 350.00 fees to

let people out of evictions. Please email me if you want to start a homeowners association.

Scared to put my name down.

I agree, its time to sell !!!

Robbie made our homes double in value. This place looks like paradise compared to what it was.

My for sale sign is going up today. If Robbie goes, I go. Trust me our homes will be worth nothing

6 months after he leaves.

SAD TO SEE BEST MANAGER GO!!!

I was very upset to hear that Robert Phillips,our manager is leaving. He was always very

strict about the conditions of our homes,but it never upset me because i understand

that this place needed to be cleaned up. He has worked with sheriffs department to get rid of

the druggies and made this a safe place for us to live. When I lost my job last year, I went to

see him and he made me feel more positive about it. He even called a friend and set me up

with an interview and i got the job. So for those of you who say he is hard and tough, He is ,but he cares about us. I have lived here since 1998 and we went through 8 different managers in 2 years before rob took over. We will probably get an old couple again, and the park will go right back to where it was before

Rob.

I hope the next people are half as good.
