I thought they were very rude... I was not helped at all. Inconvenient location. Not enough parking. Poor selection and I can better prices on line... How can you do business this way?

Not out of sight. This store says it doesn't have to make the kind of profit margin some of the bigger places do because it's not a chain. Also, nothing's set in stone, so to speak, so don't be afraid to dicker a little bit.
