The worst mexican I have ever eaten

If you're looking for authentic, wonderful tasting mexican food, this is DEFINATELY NOT THE PLACE!!! It looked like it was converted to a mexican restaurant from some "Mom and Pop" diner. The only thing remotely mexican about the place was three precariously placed sombreros haging on the wall.
The service was atrocious and the food tasted like it came from a frozen microwave TV dinner.
They served American food as well, but considering how horrible their mexican food was, I would not even waste my time in trying anything from that menu.
If you want excellent Mexican food, go to Vallartes or Los Miriachis.
- Pros: Large portions
- Cons: I'd rather eat raw roadkill
Traditional Mexican

This place really hits the spot if you're looking for traditional Mexican food. Having lived in Mexico for a while, I already knew that REAL Mexican isn't spicy and is somewhat bland. On the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall - but don't let that fool you. The food wasn't bland, but certainly wasn't spicy. I had the Tenampa Combo - burrito, taco, enchilada, and quesadilla w/ rice and beans- for only $8! My husband and I could've shared it! He had a chimichanga and they were both really good. The salsa was really good - but I don't think it had any jalapenos in it. Don't get the cheese dip. It's plain, cold velveeta. Other than that - we really liked it and will be back!
- Pros: value, not busy, friendly staff
