THE BEST FOOD IN TOWN. This is the best kept secret in St Petersburg far away from the tourists so we locals can claim it as ours. Never have had a bad meal at Harvey's. Sandwiches are big and they use the leanest of meats. There potato salad is just like Mom use to make and the Sunday Brunch (which is served until 2:30 pm for all of us last risers) is to die for. The breakfast potatoes are delicious, the eggs bennie are superb and they taste best with a Momosa. The best part of Harvey's is the price.....Good food at reasonable prices with great atmosphere. Harvey's 4th Street Grille is for the locals....our place to call our own.…

Where everyone knows your name. This restaurant has the feel of Cheers. The food is wonderful...huge selection. The shrimp are the freshest tasting I have had at any restaurant. THe service is excellent, fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food for the money. I have eaten here quite a few times and it has always been a wonderful experience.…
