I have been waxing for years and I have never gotten a better, more thorough brazilian than w/ Augustina. For those of you out there that wax, you know it helps when you have a wax specialist that you're comfortable with. It can't be an easy job, but Augustina really does a great job.

We were staying at HardRock and couldn't believe it when they told us they didn't have a female massage therapist on duty. The concierge recommended Cassandra's Salon and Day Spa. They said this is where they send their guests when unable to accommodate them on-site. We were also not excited about having to make the drive, but Augustina and Angi saved the day with their expertise. Augustina gives an exquisite facial and Angi provided a soothing experience with her massage therapy. Move over Mr. T - I think there's a new A-Team in town.

We were staying at a hotel that had no availability at their spa. They sent us here to Cassandra's. At first, we weren't happy with having to drive elsewhere with a spa right there at our hotel. After a relaxing facial with Augustina and an awesome massage w/ Angi, it MORE than made up for a slight inconvenience. Thanks to these two, our little get-a-way was all we had hoped for.

I have been coloring my hair for 20 yrs!!! Erika gave me the best color I have ever had. She is an awesome colorist!!! She should be called an Aveda Chemist. I've tried Aveda in the past, but it did nothing for my grey. Erika figured out the perfect combination and glaze...and my hair has never looked better. It's even softer after using Aveda instead of other color lines. Thank you Erika! I will love you FOREVER!!!

I was at my wit's end w/ just the drama of everyday life, work, family, etc. I was driving by and thought...why not? Angela just happened to have a cancellation and could take me right when I walked in. Funny how things work out. Anyway, it was the best hour I've had in months and the best massage I've ever had. In fact, Angela was even able to extend the hour into an hour and a half. I now know I can make it through the rest of this uphil climb. Thank you Angela!

This salon is definitely NOT an Aveda salon. it is a house not a dim, relaxing, earthy environment that other Aveda salons are. Facial was not good or relaxing or Aveda. This spa needs work. I could have got my nails done at any other salon better than I did at this salon.

I travel alot and had just had a rough flight. I was in need of a massage. I just wanted the closest place to my hotel. I was a little wary as I pulled into the parking lot, it looked like a refurbished house. As we all know, looks can be deceiving. When I walked into the massage room, it was perfect. Exactly what I needed. Relaxing music, lots of candles, and the best part of all, a massage therapist w/ hands that just melted all my troubles away. Angi was kind enough to extend my one hour massage into an hour and a half! Exactly what I needed. She was full of great suggestions and showed me some great stretches to help some of my problem areas. I can't wait until my next Tampa project so I can come back to Cassandra's for another massage by Angi.

I've waxed for years and never knew it didn't have to be such an unpleasant experience! I absolutely love Augustina's brazilian. She's fast, and thorough, AND I no longer break out or get ingrowns! She also gives great facials w/ both Aveda and Bioelements products.

Pros: Augustina's Facials and Wax services

Cons: I wish I would've found her sooner!

I got my hair highlighted and cut by Ann. Everyone was so friendly. Ann did a wonderful job; I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before this. I will be going back every time I need my hair done, even though it is a 45 minute drive!

I dont know what those other reviews are about. I came to the salon a while ago and did get a good facial but I went back and had augustina for a facial and it was terrible. She didnt do very good extractions and rushed through the facial and when I asked about a product at the end she didn't seem to know anything about the products. Worthless spa. I wont go back.
