Great Deals and Nice Associates

I only had a little money after my divorce and I had spent days looking at furniture. I received a flyer in the mail and saw a ad about National 1/2 Price Furniture and decided to call. I spoke to a very nice sales lady and she said come on in we have prices for everyones needs. I decided to go and received a great deal and free gifts and a 100 dollar mail in rebate card. I will tell all my friends to shop at National.

Great Prices

I had a great time with my friend shopping for furniture and the sales people were great. My furniture arrived at the time we were told and they arranged for the delivery to be done between certain hours of the day. I will tell all my friends about National.

Worst place to buy furniture in tampa

My fiance and I ordered a 3 piece living room set: a couch, loveseat and chair from the store on Dale Mabry right next to Q-ZAR. Our furniture did not show up on the original delivery date of 2/28 because we were told that the material on one of the pieces was faded and the other two had what looked like burn marks. They then promised delivery on 3/5. We called them on 3/4 to verify that all would be delivered and were told that none of the pieces were available and that we would get them in 2 weeks because the material needed to be ordered! Does that mean we are going to receive the burnt furniture after they hide the damage!?! We are very upset and I highly doubt we will get any of the furniture for quite some time! They truly do have the worst customer service and many, many excuses not to deliver furniture you already paid for!! In the meantime, we just moved into our apartment and have no living room furniture because of them.

Worst Customer Serive Ever

Our furniture did not show up on the original delivery date of 1/30 and was told it would be delivered on 2/6. We were to be out of town and let them know that it was not our error. Esentially their attitude is that we can't make them get it to us so what are you going to do. They promised delivery on 2/10. We never got a call from them and upon inquiring they stated that they "had so many orders our order did not get on the truck". We were upset and pointed out that after their previous error you would have think it would have gotten delivered. They are stil trying to reset dates and now I have doubt we will ever see the furniture.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received anywhere!

i retract my previous review. my husband went down to the store and spoke to the manager and got it all straightened out. the furniture isn't there, but they did agree to deliver our living room set for free.

sucky sucky sucky

these people act like they don't want my business. after having my mother take a day off from work to be at my apartment when my furniture was supposed to have been delivered, the truck never showed up. this was after several bad experiences just trying to get the delivery date set. the person who claimed to be the store manager was absolutely no help which makes me wonder if he was actually a manager, if so he's not good at his job. i am going to give this company one more opportunity to deliver my furniture and if they don't i will pursue legal action to get a refund because i can already tell that these crooks will try to keep my money. if you are reading this, please don't consider doing business with this store.

Best selection,service and prices

National half price furniture on busch blvd. has the largest selection of furniture I have ever seen. I furnished my home from them. I saved 40 to 50% on the same furniture I priced at the other furniture stores I shopped in tampa. The furniture was all delivered on the day I selected which was within one week. The sales staff was very helpful. I have many friends who purchased furniture at national and they all had the same great exoerience.

Very Bad Customer service

My husband and I ordered some furniture almost a year ago from this company. They still have not delivered and will not give a refund. Everytime we try to do something about it, they arrange a delivery date. When that date arrives, we get a phone call saying they have not gotten our order in. Then we do not hear from them again until we become the squeeky wheel.
