Be Prepared to Be Disappointed. First the good things: the store is relatively clean and most of the time the service is decent. But, if you look behind the counter you'll see it's pretty dirty a lot of the time. You may also notice a gallon of Publix OJ that they pour into those little cups and mark up 500%. If you go in there just for a bagel and don't buy one of their ridiculously priced beverages be prepared to catch a dirty look at the register from the guy that works there.

If you don't want your bagel toasted make sure you get a contract from them because they really, really want to toast your bagel. Even if you go in there every week and NEVER get your bagel toasted they won't remember just like they won't remember your name.

If you participate in one of their rewards programs don't expect them to honor it. One time they'll punch your card and give you a free bagel, another time they'll punch your card and tell you to get your free bagel next time, another time they'll just tell you your card is expired even though there's no date on the card.

Bottom line, if you go into this store once or twice you'll probably do fine. If you go in frequently be prepared to experience poor service.

All the fixings and more at this bagel-driven breakfast and lunch chain.. In Short
These casual and cheery cafes satisfy any carb craving with hundreds of possible combinations. Twenty types of bagel--from sun-dried tomato to asiago to potato--are made to order with an array of deli meats, condiments and specialty "schmears," which come in more low-fat flavors than regular varieties. Signature panini, salads and the popular "bagel dog" tide over afternoon crowds, as do handy to-go lunchboxes for individuals and parties.

the best place to eat lunch. i love einstein because they have a fabulous breakfast and lunch menu. everything is made fresh to order and the sandwiches are divine. they have great little combos with side dishes like potato salad and fruit. they aren't expensive either. the bagels are awesome and you can get all sorts of cream cheese flavors. i would highly reccomend the panini and the yogurt cup.
