From common to exotic the Plant Stop probably has it

Over the past four years I've purchase a variety plants here including uncommon palms, ornamental bushes, flowering ground covers and many heavy gauge Vietnamese pots. If you?re considering a visit; the grounds are usually wet and in areas muddy, so wear appropriate shoes. If you?re looking for something specific you?ll probably need to ask since it?s not that well organized. I find their prices to fair on lower priced items and excellent on higher priced items.

This flea market style nursery takes a bit to get use too, but trust me it?s worth it. You'll find something here you probably haven?t seen before and since they don?t over use fertilizers and pesticides you don?t need to worry about it dying in your yard.

The Scene
Located on a busy avenue, the Plant Stop is an unexpected pleasure of shade and color, an unlikely oasis off a busy thoroughfare. A blue-and-white-striped tent, nearly hidden behind the foliage, acts as the shop's main concourse, with everything from palms and bromeliads to corn plants and ferns. It's also a good place to get a buy an exotic pots and those coal-burning stoves that add a Southwest feel to Florida patios.
The Goods

The Big Top is home to a variety of annuals such as geraniums and impatiens, as well as hanging spider plants; rows of aloe vera and croton. You'll also find some of the more exotic varieties of plants here, such as an Egyptian Papyrus.
