The food was O.K. but the delivery experience I had left everything to be desired. The driver spoke NO English, so when I asked him if eating utensils were in the delivery bags, he could not even respond. Upon discovery that I had been given no fork, spoon, or knife, I called the restaurant to complain that it was not possible to eat my tossed salad with my hands. The very immature "call taker" who answered was not the least bit concerned about my dilemma and told me that it was my responsibility when I ordered on the phone to have requested utensils --- that the restaurant does not routinely supply them. Since I was clear that I was calling from a hotel, it would seem standard procedure to include plastic wear with an order. I asked to speak to a manager and the call taker laughed and said that there wasn't one available (Friday evening at 7:00). Order at your own risk, and don't expect any level of customer service. Oh, be sure to travel with your own silverware if you're going to order from Westshore.
