My family went to the Sam Seltzer's in Brandon, FL to celebrate my mother's birthday. What a celebration. Even with reservations made days beforehand, it took over 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated at table, the service was so slow and terrible that it took over 1 and a 1/2 hours to actually get our food. 2 of the 3 children in our party fell asleep during that time. Parties that were seated after us were served before us. When the food did arrive, it certainly was not worth the wait. When we called the manager to the table, he briefly apologized, had no explanation for the horrendous service, and never offered to lower the bill. We will never go to Sam Seltzer's again.
