Great Prices - Great Service!

I have been using this company for my annual Christmas Party for the past 7 years. They are always prompt in delivery and pick up, and if they don't have an item in their own inventory THEY shop around to find it for you! Wonderful people with positive attitudes! Thank you Rent-All-of-Tampa for the many happy memories!!

• Pros: ON TIME - Never late in seven years of renting
• Cons: No Website (I understand they are working on that)

Do not use this company

Please............... if you don't wanna be stressed on your event day, avoid this company, their equipments are old and nasty looking, they don't give you what they promisse you. And that lady that works the office is just as nasty.F*t a*s b***h .

Poor Customer Service

I spent more than $800 for tablecloths, chair covers (for banquet chairs) bows, and china teacups for a 75th b-day tea party for my mom. On the day of my event I discovered they had not included my 108 chair covers and had to go back to the store. Then while setting up, half the chair covers didn't fit but it was too late for me to go back to the store to get it resolved. Since I made it clear from the start that I had banquet chairs and it was confirmed that the covers would fit, when the problem arose I assumed the styles had been mixed up in error. When I returned the items after my event and requested to get some kind of credit for that part of the rental the buck was passed and it took me 2 days to speak with the person who handled my order. She half-apologized, offerred me nothing, was more concerned about what her boss would say, and even tried to make me feel guilty because I requested a color (from their selection chart) that wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. Their post-event service changed to 'Too bad, so sad' and I was left frustrated and jipped.

I used Rent all of Tampa last month for my mother's b-day party and they were exellent ,i was satisfied with the items and i recomend every body to give them a try .

The service was extremely awful, and all the rental items were not clean. Anyway, the service was horrible. I do not think they knew what they supposed to do. I should have taken the business to somewhere else, so I did not have to deal with this kind of stress. You know, it was a wedding event which was a lot of trouble and drama. This company gave you more stress and headache. Please do not use this company?..

Horrible Customer Service

The manager Marissa lack complete customer friendly service and it more of a problem than a help. They only care to make money and rent. As soon as the equipment is returned your customer service is no longer valued. Very unpleasant to do business with and completely unprofessional.

Rent All of Tampa

I would not reccommend renting from this company ever! We had a company function and the chairs had mold and dirt all over them, two of the chairs were broken, the tables were so old and falling apart, its a good thing we had tablecoths to cover them. The wood was so old on the tables it was chipped and someone even got splinters trying to put the tables up. The company gave a small discount 25% off the total order for the problems but not enough that I feel they are concerned about their customers. The clerk at the store even said she couldn't believe we were getting the discount that we did normall they only give 10%! This company's bottom revenue is evidently all that matters to them. The customer is certainly not a major concern for them. I will never rent from this company again for my business nor will I recommend it to anyone.
