Money down the drain

The results are absolutely not nearly what expected. You can hardly see a difference to before, so basically money down the drain. Doctor tries to get you in and out fast and doesn't apply what asked for. Forgets everything you told him and has to be reminded several times. I'm very dissapointed.

Dr. Greenwald is a stellar human being & surgeon!

Dr. Greenwald is one of the few people that, the moment I shook his hand, I would have trusted him to do my surgery...and I liked him immediately. I've seen his work, although bcbs would only allow me to have surgery in Chicago (which was done very well). Dr. Greenwald was also kind enough to have been my speaker at a local transgender convention, asking nothing more of me than that I buy him lunch :)

I don't know about everyone's experience, but I'd trust this man with my life and consider him a friend (not a moniker I readily bestow).

I know this sounds too good to be true, but I believe every word of it. His compassion is unsurpassed; this man is the real deal!

Lynn Adams is a real treat!

• Cons: just a painful surgery; bcbs of florida does not play nice with bcbs of other states

Breast Augmentation

Bayshore Plastic surgery is full of amazing and more than capable doctors and staff. The entire office is full of friendly faces that aren't your typical fake and bake, blond, 95 lb plastic surgery assistants. The consultation takes about an hour. The doctor takes this time to discuss your expectations and risks of the surgery. Dr. Greenwald was very knowledgeable regarding each and every one of my questions. He prides himself on giving his patients implants that fit with their body type and look as natural as possible. He gives you a portfolio to look through that has hundreds of breast augmentations. You go back again for a pre-op appointment where you take your before pictures and go over any additional items you may not have covered in your consultation. Then, the big day! I had my surgery 3 days ago and my breasts already look amazing. I stopped taking pain medication the day after surgery. I haven't had any bleeding or bruising and I would feel comfortable going to the beach in a bathing suit this afternoon. I of course am excited for what they'll look like in 2 weeks when the swelling (very minor) goes down and the implants fall into their place. But if they were to stay exactly the way they are right now forever, I wouldn't be disappointed. Overall, my experience was more wonderful than I ever could imagine! I have a few friends and family members that have already signed up for consultations based on my results. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon/experience!!!

• Pros: Quality of surgeon, great results
• Cons: NONE!!

If you're looking for a talented surgeon/artist that is also very compassionate, Dr. Greenwald is your choice!

It took me nearly 4 years to research the surgeons around here. I finally chose Dr. Greenwald. (It took me so long because my mother had a very bad experience with a tummy tuck/breast reconstruction. So I was very nervous about having a similar procedure). Dr. Greenwald and his staff patiently listened to all of my questions and fears. They made me feel safe and in good hands. He was also honest about what I could expect to look like and feel like after the surgery. I am so happy with the results of my tummy tuck and breast reduction. I am amazed that in most places my scars are paper thin. I was very worried about what I would look like after the surgery, the scars and maybe ending up looking unbalanced, (or worse). But even when I look at myself critically, I cannot find anything wrong. Everything is perfectly balanced and symmectrical. The doctor is obviously a very talented artist as well as a skilled surgeon. The care I am recieving post-op is great, (I'ts been 5 weeks since the surgery). They have been there for me anytime I've had a concern, no matter how small. His office, Bayshore Plastic Surgery, is very nice, upscale and clean. All of the staff has treated me with the utmost respect and has also been very compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Greenwald to anyone.

• Pros: Office is easy to find and close to Tampa General Hospital (which I also recommend)

Awesome Doctor and staff

Not only did Dr. Greenwald save my husband's life and hand 11 years ago, but I have had a breast reduction and tummy tuck - I totally trust him and if my daughter ever needed anything done I would not hesitate to take her to him. The staff is sweet and caring, what more could you ask for.

The staff at Bayshore Plastic Surgery are fantastic! They are dedicated professionals who care about me as a person. Dr. Greenwald listens to my concerns, makes recommendations that are sensible for me, and follows through 100%. When I first considered having a cosmetic proceedure, I hoped to find someone who was not only a gifted surgeon, but an artist as well. Dr. Greenwald is all that & more.

• Pros: Friendly, caring staff. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon.

Awesome Doc and staff

All I can say it he has hands that were created by the Gods and a presonality of a Saint. Staff that should be watching the Pearly Gates. Dr Greenwald is the most compassionate and skilled Doctor I have ever met. I would trust his hands with my most precious belonging my body and my childrens bodies even more. He is the best and his staff is absolutely wonderful, caring and extremely compassionate. I have had the distinct pleasure to have used him for 5 reconstructive Plastic Surgerys which only a master could perform in the manner he has done so.

His recommendation comes with the absolute no conditions and or restrictions. He is even doing some medical surgical procedure on my daughter in law and son. I trust him explicitly!!!!!!!!!!!!

A big clue not to proceed with plan when day of the surgery Dr. asks, "what are we doing to you today"? Not very reasuring, moments before surgery. Results not what was expected.
