best bar ever

Not only did "everbody know your name", it was what made UT so special. The atmosphere was amazing; you were always among friends. The music was fantastic and I lived for the nights Albi would sign and play piano by request. Amazing musician, great guy and a fantastic place. This bar made my University of Tampa experience truly special.
This joint offers only coffee and beer, but with an attitude.

Order up that cappucino with a Guinness chaser and get ready to enjoy Albi's dry wit and neighborhood charm. Cramped, kitschy and full of character, you'll be surprised how many folks drop by Albi's late into the night on their way home from a downtown dinner or just to unwind.
Music Menu
Even though it's barely bigger than a shoebox, Albi himself often entertains with sequenced piano and sings only the finest lost classics (if Billy Joel's "Piano Man" is requested, be prepared to sing along with the rest of the bar). Blues guitar players and poetry slams fill in other days, but it's the friendly feel that will bring you back. Just look for the spires of UT and get ready to break on through to the other side at Albi's 123.
