great food
by MANJAM
i love this place. living in ybor, brew co. is so convenient. i sometimes get off work late and they still will fix me up something delicious when its close to closing time. the out door seating is great to enjoy the weather and the people watching. my favorite is the wasabi tuna salad... its sooo good!
- Pros: great food, good servers, fresh brewed in house beer
- Cons: no parking
Nice brews, great food!

This place gets a big thumbs up. The beers here are home brewed and delicious. Light enough for the whimpiest drinker and dark enough to match a good Irish stout. The food here is addictive. Try the baked goat cheese or hummus platter for an appetizer. The hearty soup in a bread bowl is to die for. They have daily specials that never miss and a regular menu with plenty of options. The pizza dough is made by hand with their own ale and has an interesting taste I cant' describe, but you have to try it! Service is always good, our favorite server is nicknamed the beernazi as he will chastize you if you try to order a bud or michelob. Home brews only and that's ok with us!!
- Pros: Great brews, awesome food
- Cons: Can get quite crowded
Best Beer in the area by far!! Food is Chef quality Pub food and the atmosphere is fantastic.

The last Brewpub standing in Tampa and for a good reason. The most consistent Beer, great food all in th heart of Ybor City's Centro Ybor. The Old Elephant Foot IPA is the best IPA I have had ( and I have had way to many ) and there is usually 9-11 house beers to choose from including an Imperial Stout, Porter, Hefe, Redeye Ale and a Barley Wine that will knock your socks off.
Billed as "a brewpub with attitude," this spot serves up an extensive menu with its fresh pints.

In Short
No crowd of bikers or yuppies hang here; instead you'll find a mix of people who enjoy good food with a fresh pint of beer. Almost everything on the menu has beer in it, in some form or another. Vegetarian selections on the menu include a hummus dip with pita, vegetable pasta and vegetable calzones and pizzas. For a more traditional beer-drinkin' meal, try steamed mussels, shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, or fish-and-chips (there's a fresh bottle of malt vinegar on every table).
Bottoms Up!

This place has excellent beer (I recommend the beer sampler) but the food is even better. I've tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The wait staff is a little slow so expect to be there for a while but it is worth it. Try some of their homemade root beer too while you wait. Bottoms Up!
- Pros: Great food, Great Beer, Good Selection
- Cons: slow staff
