Crown Jewel
Set along a particularly scenic section of Tampa's riverfront, the Tampa Museum of Art--along with the neighboring Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center--serves as the centerpiece for the burgeoning cultural scene on this side of the Bay.

The Goods
The museum is divided into seven galleries. Four have changing exhibitions while the others are devoted to the museum's extensive collection of Greek and Roman antiquities, its collection of 20th-century art (including a large number of C. Paul Jennewein sculptures), and to family oriented exhibits with hands-on components.

Beyond Eye Candy
The museum also maintains an active schedule of workshops, classes, lectures, performances and films along with a walking tour of Tampa's art and architecture.
