Worst decision I ever made!

I first found out about this place from a friend who said he goes there every week. He had taken me there for lunch, where everything was fine. My wife normally works every weekend and had last Saturday off for the first time in nine months. We wanted to go out and enjoy a nice dinner and had decided to go to Circles in Apollo Beach. First the service was ok but not what you would expect from a restaurant of quality. We both ordered and a short time later our food arrived. I took one bite from my plate and had found a fly in my ?Coral Reef Linguini?. I asked one of the servers to bring the manager over to inform him. When the manager came over I showed him and he had apologized for the fly and blamed it on the tomatoes in the kitchen and the time of year. He also said they have had this problem the two weeks now. He asked me if I wanted a desert and offered to remove the dinner from my bill. When my wife finished her dinner we asked for the bill and decided not to ever go back. I later that night spoke with my friend who had brought me there for lunch and told him what had happened. He told me he knew the owner and would also inform him of my trouble that night at his restaurant.

If you had ever been there you know that you have a choose to eat inside or outside, since we eat inside and you are going to pay $20.00 plus for dinner I really think they can serve there dinners FLY FREE. If they are aware of the FLY PROBLEM I would think by now they could serve the food without any flies in your food.

This is not about trying to get anything for free. I asked for my bill and paid for the food and beer we ordered.

Upscale and comfortable on the South Shore

In a surprising and nondescript location, this restaurant is a true hidden gem. Relish the wait for your table by stepping down to the waterfront bar and enjoying a drink or appetizers. You may even catch a glimpse of dolphins by the docks. You quickly get the feeling that this is a a local place that welcomes everyone. Dining on the porch is a wonderfully relaxing way to spend an evening. The food is not cheap but so worth it. As beautifully presented as it is good.

Best Kept Secret In Town

It's a great find in an unexpected place. The outside looks more wharehouse thine fine dining but step inside to rich wooden floors, beautiful decor, and smartly dressed wait staff who know what theya re doing. Casual yet elegant but not stuffy. You'll be equally at home in heels or khakis. The food is suburp with a nice variety for both seafood lovers and land lubbers alike. The duck is highly recommended. You can even catch a sunset over the bay while dining, inside or out. Worth the drive!

• Cons: not 4 kids under 8, pricey appetizers
