great place. I called and said my puppy was not well and they asked me to bring her in immediatly. I was there within 5 min and seen in less. They are very caring and thoughrough.
Pros: effeciant and timely.

I am a three year customer of All Creatures and I agree that at times there is a wait, but it is definitely worth it. The staff treats your pet as if they are their own. The prices are very reasonable and the office is clean and orderly.
Pros: Personal Service and friendly staff
Cons: The wait-but the quality is worth it.

All Creatures has been my pets vet since 1995. They took great care of my JayJay until the day he died. Jay had allergies along with numerous other health issues so we went to the office quite often. They always made me feel like Jay was not only special to me but special to them as well. After waiting 4 hours to get into MY doctor today - a 40 minute wait doesn;t seem like anything at all. Well worth the wait I say.

I too thought the wait was excessive and there were too few people in the front office. However, the vet was competent and helpful, charges not excessive and, except for the wait, services were satisfactory.

I had an 8am appointment. The office opened five minutes late. I was not shown into a room until 8:20. The vet did not show up for another 10 minutes. I noticed many hair wads and what looked like fluid residue on the floor. When the vet showed up, although he was pleasant, he made no apology for the wait and did'nt have any consideration about my time. He took the cat for tests and it was another 40 minutes before I had the cat back. I finally left at 9:30 after what amounted to a 10 min examination and little information. I was told I would be contacted that afternoon with results. It is now 3 days later and I have no information..as I write this review, I've been on hold for 20 minutes while they look for the records. Obviously, I don't recommend this service.

Cons: Lack of Respect, Hygiene of office, Feedback
