Buyer Beware

It's this simple... The Place is out of control, struggling to survive, may not make it, and is loosing programs rapidly...

Poor management by the board and club director have decimated a once wonderful facility.

I would not sign my family up for membership, or any programs unless the management can prove the facility will be in business in the next six months. By proof, I mean "Real Proof" as in a demonstration of financial strength, as in proof that creditors will be paid, and as in a guarantee that the programs you sign up for will be available for your use.

• Pros: No Pro's... the place is dying
• Cons: Poor Management is killing a once great place...
