It's true! People want my hair :) I've been going to David Andrew Hair and Spa for a few years and everytime I go out in public I have some one stop me and say..." I love your hair! Who does it??" The cut is perfect. I literally do nothing to my hair in the morning and it looks great! The staff are very knowledgable and I feel completely taken care of everytime I step inside :) I couldn't imagine going anywhere else in town and I would highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone who wants to be envied :)

This was hands down the WORST salon experience of my life!! They DESTROYED my hair. DO NOT GO HERE!! My appointment took 5 hours for high/low lights and a trim. and no I am not exaggerating, over 5 hours! All of the colors were horrible and the trim was uneven. I went back 2 hours later to have them fix it b/c it was so bad. They attempted to fix the horrible color but they simply could not reverse the damage. So after spending 7 + hours & over $160 I am left with the worst color job of my life and no sure answer of how long, or how much it will take to get it back to what it looked like before these people messed it up.

I saw this on the list of Citysearch's top ten for Tampa and had to get my opinion out there. Do NOT recommend. I went in the first time and asked for a simple half-head highlight and tiny trim (I was growing my hair out). The color was mediocre, the cut was horrible. She cut the sides of my hair so short that I had to go to another salon and get it fixed- resulting in inches of hair being chopped off, even though I told the original stylist I was growing it out. I also showed her where I part my hair on the side, and she cut it with a middle part, so that when I styled my hair to the side, it looked uneven. They do not listen, they do not care. I can't say it enough- do NOT GO HERE.

Love the black and white clothing mandate for the staff. The people are always nice and they don't drag out your appointment with long wait times. I don't even tell them what I want after just a few visits and simply sit back and get the job done.

Very funky and talented staff with a relaxed and helpful attitude. The prices are fair, the work is fabulous and the staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend them for their hair services and skin care. I will continue going there for many years to come. Tell them exactly what your looking for- they'll give you honest suggestions

The salon and spa was a great place to spend the day, there staff are well train and the employee were very helpful , I would tell all my friends about david andrew hair studio and spa

Moving here from the "Big City," I never expected to find a salon to meet my stringent requirements: continuing and progressive education and master status stylists and colorists. I was pleasantly surprised to find this oasis of style in the middle of a former farming community. When I asked over the phone how much a cut was, I could tell the receptionist was expecting me to squawk. $33! I think I got a blow out for that years ago in the city. Repressing a chuckle, I scheduled an appointment, and have never been anywhere else since. Everyone who leaves this salon looks fabulous. Highly recommended.
