I do not recommend Dr. Scarola for orthodontic work. He performed my work 15 years ago and I have been disappointed ever since. I have frequent jaw pain when chewing. Now my dentist says that my teeth are grinding and will degrade over time if left untreated. Upon initial consultation he offered several alternate treatments. We asked his opinion on the best option. He dodged the question and refused to make a proper recommendation. On a personal note, he is very kind.

I have three children in active treatment. I find Dr. Scarola to be trustworthy. At the initial consultation (which was free, by the way), he clearly explained each child's treatment plan to me: what steps needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost including easy payment options. If not for his kindness, I wouldn't be able to have my children in braces all at the same time. I see him and his staff in action, and I am assured that my children are getting excellent care, respect and personal attention. I can tell Dr. Scarola is reputable because he is recommended by most dentists in the Brandon area. He seems not to advertise too much but other patients' parents say they find him by word-of-mouth. Now that, to me, is more effective than broadcast and print ads. I am impressed most by his evening and Saturday hours --- what consideration to accommodate our work and school demands. If you value TRUST, TALENT and TIME like me, Dr. Scarola is the best choice for you.
Pros: knowledgeable & skilled orthodontist, helpful staff, short waiting time, convenient hours
Cons: traffic on Kingsway Road (sometimes), small signage

After practicing general dentistry for 35 years, I beleive I can state with confidence that I know intimately those characteristics that separate the average from the exceptional in the delivery of dental care in all forms. Begining with personal ethics as a foundation of all his activities and carrying that idea further to include honesty, superior competence in his field, and a desire to honor his Jesiut alma mater by living their motto " Men for Others", Dr. Scarola is a perfect roll model for the healthcare professional so much needed in todays world. I am proud to work with him on a regular basis and my practice is blessed in many ways as a result.

I'm shocked that someone would write a bad review on Dr. Bruce Scarola! I've known him for 6+ years and have had nothing but a great experience. He has always been truthful and kind to my 2 girls and myself. He takes time talking to the kids directley and as far as I know is the only orthodontis in town that sits with every patient and completes all the work himself! He also has GREAT HOURS for you working parents!!! My oldest daughter has a beautiful smile which everyone notices and my youngest is getting ready to start this summer. I also found him very fair in price. You definately get your moneys worth. I recommend all my friends to Dr. Scarola and I invite you to also check him out. You won't be sorry!!!!!!

I have known Dr. Scarola since 2004 (I wore braces, obviously). I am highly satisfied with the results, service, care, everything. He's great!
