I am absolutely disgusted! I parked at the Vinoy Hotel in St Petersburg FLA on 3/24/07 with the valet to meet a friend staying there. I paid the valet extra and was told he would keep my car up front in a special section. When I returned to get my car I noticed that they damaged my right rear wheel & tire! You could see the curb damage & the fresh mark from the sidewalk from when they drove it in. The manager of the hotel parking inspected it, took notes & told me someone would contact me. Needless to say, they brushed me off, noone contacted me until I left a voicemail & sent an email to the president of the company. The company never planned to take responsibility & eventhough I had photos of the damage, a witness that my vehicle wasnt damaged prior to parking they brushed me off and said it was old damage. Bottom line is they had a careless driver mistreat my car, damaged it & thought I wouldnt notice it. I offered to bring the car back & work it out and they refused. Do not ever use the valet service at the Vinoy, they may damage your 100 thousand dollar car and tell you its your fault!!!!
