I apologize if you requested an appt with me and went to another staff member. I'm not really sure when or how that happened. I am a working owner because I love my job & clients and would never intentionally pass off a requesting client to someone else. I hope you at least enjoyed your massage. I personally train all my LMT's and feel they do great work. I am TRULY sorry and would love to talk to you about it...and by all means would love for you to come back in for a massage on me.
