Purchased the large Waterfall Spa with Gazebo at the Orlando Home and Garden store. The staff at the show were pleasant to work with. The delivery was prompt and on time and the set up guys polite. Since this was a covered spa, I assumed it would be waterproof (roof), but unfortunately not. I may have made a lower priced purchase had I known this as spa is in open area under trees in yard and my last spa I had covered with a canvas canopy. The waterfall (one of the highlights of the spa) has a funtional problem (only 3 quarters of the waterfall work). I spoke with Carla the GM and she said she will be sending a tech out in the next few weeks. As long as that is repaired, the spa is gorgeous and I would recommend the company. .

My wife and I really did our homework when looking for a hot tub .

We decided on spa manufacturers, Inc. for several reasons.

There were no "games" , they were straight forward with the price and

The warranty. Plus my parents bought one from them over 20 years ago. So we felt comfortable that they have been in business a long time.

Highly recommend spa manufacturers and we do give them a 5 star review. We are happy customers.
