I've tried this place twice. The first time I had a female therapist and I was unhappy with the quality of message. So I decided I would try it again, but request a male the second time. But it was even worse. Also both experiences I was cold the whole time. The second time I requested a warm towel or another blanket. So the guy put a hot wet towel on my back and then left it there for so long that it became cold and made me even colder. And it gets worst.....In addition to the terrible quality....my male message therapist actually asked me during my message, "do you want your boobs worked on" Mortified doesn't even began to describe it! This place just doesn't get it! I will NEVER go back. I called to complain and the manager Carla assured me that she would take this very seriously and that they would call me back. Well it's been 5 days and they still haven't called me back. BE WARE, STAY AWAY!

Best Massage in Westchase!!!. I had received a Gift Card for a Spa Day at this location for my birthday. Needless to say I was a little hesitant booking my appointment, having never gone to this particular spa before. I just want to say a big thank you to my husband for this wonderful gift!!! It took about 4 hours for the whole Spa Day, and it included an hour massage, a facial, mani/pedi, and a glass of wine. Best gift I've ever gotten and the services were excellent! I highly recommend Essentials of Westchase to everyone and anyone.
