I live down the street from this store and have been shopping there for six months. The staff lacks knowledge of their areas (fish specialist didn't know what a drip method was for acclimating fish). I also was turned on to an organic type of dog food by the specialist (their top seller). After feeding this to my dogs for six month I received a bag that was full of mold. Upon trying to return the bag I was told that without a receipt the owner could not work with me and that it was my fault the bag had gone moldy.
