My Dogs Were Unhappy.. Very nice people, but had a policy of allowing all the dogs to rome around on the floor in the area where they groom. that would have been fine, but they didn't seem to notice that there were dogs there that were aggressive toward my dog, and had her cowering in the corner until i arrived. i felt very badly that my dog had to spend the day afraid to move around. obviously she would have been happier in the protection of a crate.

the second problem came, when they got clipper happy. my dog is a breed that does not require clipping. only the tail area. but when i arrived, they had shaved all the hair on her face, so that the special hair growth from the face was shorn and made her facial expression look unatural. i was very dissappointed, and it took almost six months for the facial hair to grow back properly.

this has been several years ago...actually in 2005...so this may no longer be accurate. since that time, they may have changed their practices. unfortunately, i won't be going back.
