This lady runs a business out of her home and she is very rude and unprofessional. I was unable to show for an appointment due to a family emergency. She called and left me a nasty voice mail.

"Hi,my name is Leonard Mcdonald and the way i founded out about mrs.Karen Marlise,was through the inernet.She showed pictures of guys who had scars like me from transpolants and other incidents.When i saw the pictures before and after they looked remarkable.It was breath taking,I had to have it done.the tattooing made people look as if there were never any scaring or ect. I contacted her,and set a time to meet with her.and i tell you it was all i dreamed of. Before i was wearing alot hats.but now i feel more confident about my self.and you don't even see where the scaring was.I would strongly recommend mrs Karen Marlise to professional,ect "thanks mrs Karen,Yours truely Leonard Mcdonald

Laser Hair Removal. I was recommended to Karen for laser hair removal by my long-time facial waxer. I've had 3 treatments thus far and am beyond pleased with the results! Karen is very knowledgeable and experienced and she completely put me at ease. She does a great job.

THE RIGHT CHOICE. I had my brows done a few years back by a Salon where they were offering Perm Make-Up. When I was finished, they looked good, but I didn't expect the end result in the long run. They faded out in a shorter time then I was told to a hideous "pinkish-red". I went back to the Salon where I had them done and was informed the person was no longer there and had taken on a full time office job. Then 1 day over a yr ago, I saw an ad for Karen. I tore out the ad and did some research and told my husband, if I were ever in the position to have my brows re-done, I would go to Karen. At that time, we were having medical issues with my husband. I held on to that Ad un until this past March when my dream finally came true. I went to see Karen, and the 1st thing she noticed was my "pinkish-red" brows. She told me she would have to correct the color 1st and then apply the new color. Karen knew just from talking & looking at me, the color she was going to use. I made an appt and when she was finished, she couldn't have picked a better color for my complexion & blonde hair. I went back to have upper eyeliner applied. I didn't want anything extremely heavy because of my age (I'm a sr citizen) but something more natural but still enough to make your eyes stand out. Karen hit both the brows & the liner right on target. Karen made sure I was okay thru out both procedures and following her instructions for afterwards, I had hardly no discomfort. I know I made the right choice and had complete trust and confidence in Karen. The one thing that impressed me, I wasn't hurried, and it was a one on one appt where I wasn't kept waiting. It was all about me. To sum everything up, if you are considering having any type of Perm Make-Up done, please see Karen for a consultation and don't trust a Salon like I did and getting bad results in the long run like I did.

Karen, thank you so, so much for your time and patience and a wonderful job and making me feel and look good inside and out. about myself.

EXCELLENT WORK - VERY PLEASED. I had permanent makeup done and I am extremely pleased with the results - Karen is very professional and made sure everything was perfect - I was a bit nervous about having it done, but it was well worth it . I have received many compliments on her work and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for permanent makeup

Totally Pleased with Service. As a woman with unwanted hair on her face...I needed to find a Permanent Hair Removal specialist who could help me.

I needed someone that was EDUCATED & EXPERIENCED...(because I have already been scarred by someone else....ripped of by someone who said laser would work.)....

I wanted to find someone that I was comfortable with and didnt make me feel more embarrassed about my situation.

I needed someone to be HONEST & explain to me how much time & expense I could expect to be hair free.

I wanted this service to be fast & as pain free as possible I needed to find someone who could do early evening appointments..etc. etc. etc.

and OF COURSE....I wanted it to be AFFORDABLE!!!!! Guess what? I found KAREN!!!

Couldn't Be Happier!. I have been a client of Karen's for five years now. I have had electrology, laser hair removal, facials, acne treatments, make-up applied, and my hair colored by Karen. Not only does Karen offer numerous services but she has the most experience of anyone I know. She has more training and has been in the business longer than most people, which is why I will ONLY go to her. I would recommend Karen for anyone who is seeking the services she provides.

My experience with Karen. My experience was most unusual.Karen doesn't have any office staff and tries to manage everything by herself, she works 7 days a week and the feeling is a rushed uncomfortable atmosphere where she makes you feel like she is hurried to get to the next booking because she overbooks herself so she says. I got electrolysis the treatment went ok and she seemed to do a good job but the whole time she talked about her problems and how people were writing bad reviews and everyone needed to tip her at the end of the treatment, I felt I knew all her problems and out of quilt tipped her ten dollars. I drove 90 minutes home thinking well maybe she was just having a bad day so I brushed it off. I called for an appointment a week later afetr growing my hair out for 4 days I was uncomfortable and needed to see her again even though my first experince was strange,I am willing to give everyone a second chance, I even asked my boyfriend to come along to get some hair removed so we made a day of it since we had to drive 90 minutes each way. I had gotten a call from Karen earlier that day to confirm she would see me at 4 pm. We arrived an hour early and waited around until 4pm she wasn't in her office and while I was waiting another one of her appointments showed up and ended up leaving because Karen never showed up or answered her phone .at 4 : 30 after 10 calls and no response , we headed back to try to beat traffic.I was so distraught and uncomfortable about the situation that I was in here we are stuck in traffic half way home when Karen calls up at 5:25pm and acts like she had some errands to do that were more important at that time and she would make it up to us. We hung up on her and thought that is crazy. It was so unproffessional and totally wrong to do to us and I was bringing her a new client! wow not a good way to treat your clients. I will never go back to Karen and I suggest you seek someone less negative to treat you and Karen you should not be operating a business in such a manner you gab about people not treating you right and complaining well what comes around goes around and I was shocked at the irresponsibility you showed me. I have never been treated like that. The next day I called to make an appointment with someone else for the same service and it only took them ten minutes to do the same work she took over an hour to do and mind you she charges by the minute so on top of it all. I was exploited by this woman, because I had no idea how long it was suppossed to take because she was the first person I had seen. I learned alot a big juicy ad online does not mean a proffessional stands behind it. I learned the hard way ,be careful!

Very professional. I have been going to Karen for several years taking advantage of several of the services she provides. Karen has always made sure I was happy with the results on each visit. She really cares about her clients and wants to make them happy - which I liked!!! She really knows what she is doing and tells you what to expect. She has been right on target each time. I have recommended Karen to several friends and everyone who has gone to her has been very happy with the results. She's a great woman and I am very happy I found her.

Awesome job!!!. She did my permanent eyeliner (upper and lower lids) last night and I am thrilled with my results!!! She really listened to me and how I wanted the eyeliner to look (very natural). Karen was very concerned with making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, which took about 2 hours. She is a perfectionist -- the exact personality type you want in someone who is putting something fairly permanent on your face -- so she really takes the time with you to make sure it is the 'best' as humanly possible!!! Compared to the first time I had my eyeliner applied (by someone else in Tampa 2 years ago) -- this time was much better - better results, minimal pain, and actually cost less (always a plus). I highly recommend her to all of my friends, family and colleagues. By the way -- I have scheduled my appointment with Karen to have my lips done in 2 weeks -- very happy!!!
