TERRIBLE Customer Service. Where do I start? Can I give this 0 stars...?

The gentleman who runs Elite Tattoo, I think he is the only employee...?

He pierced my rook, I went back to buy a new piece of jewelery, he put it in for me...it felt strange after a few weeks, had another tattoo artist look at it, the m*ron put a LIP RING in my ROOK!!

On top of that, I of course was not thinking, & attempted to set an appointment to get a tattoo with the same guy at Elite Tattoo...the # on the Business Card is his cell, I think? He never returns phone calls...apparently he doesn't want business?

I ended up going to Ybor City Tattoo Company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great bunch of folks working there, excellent customer service, polite, & knowledgeable.

Amazing Work. After having my first tattoo done in the UK and completely messed up i came over to tampa to visit a friend and dropped in to this tattoo shop.

What can i say, i had roman numerals put on my leg in the UK and none of the lines were straight, this really annoyed me. I payed a visit to elite tattoos and it now looks amazing all the lines are straight and he also advised me to get a bit of white put in the numerals too making them stand out. Very kind and patient too. I would def recommend coming here before you go anywhere else!!!
