Great experience at the patio factory supercenter. The store is beautiful and the prices are better than we could find anywhere. We dealt with Mark who knew the product well and helped choose our outdoor set. I would highly recommend this store and have done so over and over again.

One of the Worst experiance I have ever had. I spoke to rep about a set advertised on their site, and was told to call back the next day for a price. When i did the next person I spoke to rudely stated "it didn't matter what I was told he wasn't aware of it, and he couldn't give me a price." I cannot sufficiently convey in this review what an ass the person I spoke to was. If he answers their phone and reps their business, they are not worth a second thought. God forbid there was a problem with you purchase and had to waste a minute of your life speaking to this person.
