I've had an outstanding experience at Direct Tire. The first time I walked in the door, it was because my Jeep tire nearly exploded and Direct Tire was very close. I took it there and Tom immediately got my tires ordered and had an extra tire on my jeep installed for free so I could drive it around till the next day when my tires were ready. Now, I take both of my vehicles to Tom - they are a bit older and at first needed some work. Tom identified all of the problems and we slowly fixed everything starting with the most important stuff. Through the process, Tom has been an absolute pleasure, showing me exactly what's wrong and what needs to be done. I now rely on Tom and consider him part of my personal team. My cars are running amazing! Thanks Tom for everything; I'm very appreciative.

Bad Business. Prices are average with everyone else, service is why I would tell everyone to stay away. Tom is a salesman and a talker, he will just screw you over. Took my car to get two new tires after talking to him on the phone to get some prices, ended up agreeing to order the tires I was looking for and getting a small discount on a synthetic oil change as well. Long story short, they started to install new tires and broke my wheel lock key and ruined one lock nut, then proceded to blame who put on my rims previously and started to explain how I can purchase new wheel lock key! After about one and a half hours they were done. I paid the bill and left, only to pull out onto Hillsborough Ave. and the car start fish tailing, they never screwed the lug nuts all the way back on my rear tire! I pulled into the Pre-School next door to them and called Tom back telling him the problem. Tom sent his mechanic over to tighten everything up and then the mechanic left. So I called Tom again and told him how dangerous that was and that I was going to pick up my kids and about the what-if factor. He said all he could do was apologize and then said bye. Never again will I do any business with them. Consider yourself warned about them.
