You won't regret it. I've been back to Hamburger Mary's many times since my first review and it just keeps getting better! Judy B. Goode and Paul Thomas' show has moved to Thursday nights from 6-9...so try to go then if you want to hear some great music and meet two wonderful entertainers.

Burgers are delicious. I finally tried the macaroni and cheese burger and it's to die for! Highly recommended. If you have a large party and want to stay and hang out longer with dessert...the s'mores are so much fun and feed a good amount of people.

What fun! I can't wait to go back again! And in response to Stan M.-the drag queens make everything even better! The entertainment is top notch and the service is always friendly.

P.S. Five Guys is nothing in comparison to Hamburger Mary's. It's a completely different dining experience. So telling people to opt for Five Guys is steering them in the wrong direction if they want a sit-down restaurant with a fun atmosphere. If you're looking for an awesome, sit-down restaurant and a great experience with awesome entertainment, then go to Hamburger Mary's. You won't regret it, I promise.

Worth a repeat visit. Finally made pilgrimage to Mary's shrine of the Stainless Madonna Outline, which I discovered on my own by standing in the right spot and gazing at a stainless steel partition near the buffet line. Met with family & friends for a late brunch, but did not try the ample buffet of standard breakfast items, plus several sausage choices, mac 'n cheese, etc. at a reasonable price. Instead had burgers....Blackened Blue Boy and Queen Mary (multiple cheeses) with bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas....all also very reasonable. The 1/3 pound burgers were juicy and well charred...in the top echelon of premium burgers. Excellent, good-humored service, with all service staff sporting at least tufts of red hair right now.

We happened to be there for the lunch drag queen revue, but opted to sit on the balcony to cut music level enough to talk. But did take a peek at a few well-endowed, over-stated femme singers. Perfect weather for eating al fresco, and the second-floor location in Centro Ybor allows you to people-watch and greet strangers at random from a lofty perch.....like Bourbon Street in NOLA....even in sight of beads scattered on nearby awnings from the last Ybor parade. Good food, in a fun place with a garnish of quirky. Worth a repeat visit to the shrine.
