I have great gratitude for Casey Marchetti for all his help in transporting the precious family antique I had sent from California to North Carolina. It was a difficult move as the pick up was in a small rural town and took a lot of coordination. Casey was there every step of the way, making sure things happened the way they needed to. He was always pleasant and supportive, even when I was tense and frustrated. Casey I can't thank you enough for your help and will definitely call you again if I have future needs. And you can be sure I know who I will recommend to others. Oh, and I didn't say, the price was great!

Freight Center's web site is extremely easy to use; I can book a shipment and get a BOL in 5 minutes. On rare occasions I need the assistance of a rep, but our account rep (Jennifer Rendine) always responds to questions quickly.

Freight Center was by far the best price I found for shipping household goods, and Jennifer Rendine was totally awesome and super helpful with all of our many questions. She made the process of shipping across the easier than I could have imagined, and I am so grateful! Communication was great; questions were answered within 24 hours (usually much less) and I was always updated on the status of my shipment once we dropped it off. Thanks for all your hard work, Jennifer and Freight Center staff!
