GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a client of Pam's office for many years. I recently submitted an auto claim even though I was going to go through the insurance company of the person who hit me. Her office called me a few days later to see how I was feeling and to let me know if I needed anything to call them. Even though my claim was not processed through them they took the time to call me. I know with Pam's office I am not a number I am a person.
